Our ebikes use standard bicycle components meaning replacement parts can be found at any local bike shop (LBS). All of the electrical components are easily swappable in case you need a replacement, or want to upgrade your battery in coming years. The Breeze is so smart that it’s electrical system will actually tell you what is wrong in the case of an error.

Does the Breeze bike have a warranty?

Every bike is covered under our manufacturer's 1-year, all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

Is it possible to replace the batteries?

Yes! The battery can be easily removed and replaced by a turn of a key to unlock the battery allowing you to lift it right off for replacement. Our high quality Panasonic cells should provide years of dependable service but when a replacement or spare pack is needed, it is as easy as unlock and lift!

Can I replace or add parts to the Breeze?

You can customize the Breeze however your heart desires. When purchasing parts check with your local bike experts or reach out to Breeze Bikes if you have any questions about compatibility of new parts.

How do I replace the tires when they have worn?

The Breeze bike rims fit standard 26’’/660.5mm fat bike tires and most bike shops carry replacement fat bike tires. You can also purchase replacement tires directly from our web store.
