1 pound of Freeze Dried Cooked Pork Sausage Crumbles is an approximate of 2 pounds of non-freeze dried cooked Pork Sausage Crumbles.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Black pepper, coriander, onion, garlic
REHYDRATION: 3 minutes in boiling water
Sausage and Cheese Biscuits
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Stir in the sausage and cheddar cheese. Add milk just until dough comes together without being sticky. Be careful not to add too much.
Roll out dough and cut out with a biscuit cutter, shape about a 1/4 cup of dough into a biscuit shape or just drop onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 12-18 minutes, until golden brown on top.
